100 TPI Nylon Endurance Casing

Three casing layers under the tread, two on the sidewalls, plus a dedicated puncture protection strip between the carcass and tread. The nylon construction is thicker and more resistant to daily abuse than cotton race casings — without sacrificing the road feel that makes a Corsa a Corsa. A reinforced Bead Shield adds protection at the most vulnerable point of the tire. The casing shape and tread width are optimized for modern wide rims — on a 25 mm internal rim, the tire measures out to a 29 mm section width, improving aerodynamics, puncture resistance, and cornering grip at maximum lean angles.

Tubeless Ready — Seals Fast, Stays Sealed

The TLR bead snaps into place with excellent security and seals sealant immediately — a noted advantage over cotton TLR tires that can take time to hold air. Setup is straightforward, and the tubeless setup adds a further layer of flat protection on top of the built-in puncture strip.
